Library: Central University of Haryana library has around 20866 books on various subjects. It has subscribed to the INFLIBNET e-journal for instructors, students, and research scientists. CUH Haryana also promotes open access to e-resources. The library strives to improve its efforts to provide the appropriate information to the users.

Classrooms: The web-based system aids in the improvement of educational standards. Students can gain a lot from having the ability to review and repeat lecture material at their own pace. As a result, the efficiency and comfort of classroom lectures can be greatly enhanced.

Internet Services: The Central University of Haryana is completely networked with a high-end intelligent CISCO switch and a 1 Gbps leased line available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

CII: The Centre for Innovation and Incubation (CII) was founded to find and nurture budding talents in engineering, health, food, and agriculture. It encourages students by assisting them in developing new ideas and prototyping them throughout their education. Proposals with a significant social and strategic impact are welcome at the centre. Students can create an account with CII to work on their suggested project. 

Health Centre: Central University of Haryana infrastructure has a health centre previously known as the Centre for Innovation, Skill, and Entrepreneurship Development (CISED). It provides first aid and basic health services to students, teachers, and non-teaching staff.

Hostel: Central University of Haryana hostel offers excellent accommodation facilities. It has separate hostels for boys and girls. Water is available in the bathrooms 24 hours a day. The hostel features a mess facility open all year and serves healthy cuisine to the tenants. It has a reading area, a gymnasium, and a television room. Two badminton courts are also available. In the hostel, there is free Wi-Fi for research students. From the hostel to the academic blocks, there is a bus service. 

Guest House: The guest house is on a green campus and features 03 VIP rooms and 18 furnished rooms, a 15-seater dining hall (air-conditioned), flawlessly matching upholsteries, and catering that serves vegetarian and continental cuisines. Hot and cold water are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All delegations, university employees, their family members, and relatives of university staff are welcome to stay at the guest house. It is located close to an ATM, a post office, and a bank.

Banks and ATM: Central University of Haryana facilities include a Punjab National Bank branch and ATM on campus and a State Bank of India. These banks offer a variety of services to university staff and students.

Transport: Two buses are owned by the university.
