As Per the course curriculum requirement, our T&P cell arranges a summer internship program. The average package offered by BMCTM placement is 3.5 lakhs, and the highest package is 8.4 lakhs.

BMCTM Placement Cell

BMCTM T&P cell organises summer internship programmes in the following industries (off campus) throughout the current academic year, by the requirements of the course curriculum. BMTCM placement cell provides training to students for communication skills, presentation skills, and development of software, processes, prototypes, and products.

BMCTM Placement Process

Companies organise MCTM on-campus Pre-placement meetings. These discussions give the students a better understanding of the recruitment organizations and the opportunities present therein. Students have the opportunity to talk with company employees and learn more about the workplace culture. BMCTM placement process is mentioned below.

Resumes Submission

Companies will be required to develop a shortlist of qualified candidates and notify the placement committee in advance based on their résumé, academic records, etc.

Shortlisting of Candidates

the companies will be required to prepare a shortlist of qualifying students and inform in advance to the Placement committee. 

Campus Recruitment

Companies are asked to allow the Placement Committee know in advance about the hiring process they plan to use, such as group discussions, case studies, personal interviews, written tests, etc. Following the selection process, organisations are asked to post the list of chosen individuals together with their appointment letters on campus.
