Library: The library is completely computerised. The six primary modules for the library in-house operation employing barcode technology have been deployed using NIRMALs (Networked Information Resource Management for Academic Library System).

Internet Lab and Campus Wi-Fi: Bishop Heber College has well-maintained computer laboratories. Students can use LAN and Wi-Fi to access the internet and improve their learning process.

Hostel: A hostel is where students can live in peace and harmony, regardless of caste, colour, or faith. Bishop Heber College hostel offers accommodation facilities for males and females. The hostels are equipped with the required facilities for holistic development. 

Student Counsellor: Counselling assessment, mental health counselling, group counselling, and workshops are among the services provided to students. Students are invited to visit with a counsellor to discuss psychological, emotional, academic, and adjustment issues.

Medical Facilities: Bishop Heber College has a health care centre with a doctor and nurse on duty to provide medical care. The doctor is available from 5 pm to 7 pm on three working days. The nurse is available from 9 am to 7 pm on all working days.

Bank and ATM Centre: On all working days, the Punjab National Bank's Vayalurbranch operates an extension counter inside the Bishop Heber College campus. On these days, banking services are available from 10 am to 4 pm. One extension of the Punjab National Bank ATM Facility assists students with financial matters. The campus has an ATM available 24 hours a day.

Bus: Bishop Heber College facilities include bus services at an affordable rate for shift I and II students on the routes, such as K.K Nagar, BHEL, Srirangam, and other locations.
