The Baroda Homoeopathic Medical College, established in 1992, is a pioneering institute for training in the field of Homoeopathy in the 'SanskarNagri', Vadodara (Gujarat). The institute is managed by the 'Paradise Foundation Trust' and is recognized by both the Govt. of India and Govt. of Gujarat. The institute is approved by the Central Council of Homoeopathy,CCH(the apex body for education & training in Homoeopathy) and Dept. of Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha & Homoeopathy (AYUSH) of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Department of Indian System of Medicine and Homoeopathy(ISM & H), Govt. of India. The college is affiliated to the Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan, Gujarat for its undergraduate and Post Graduate course. The college has an intake capacity of 100 undergraduate students (B.H.M.S.)and 9 students for its Post Graduate students (M.D. (Hom.) per year.

Admission

The process of Admission to BHMS Course starts after declaration of results of 12th (HSC) Science. The minimum requirement for admission includes passing marks in Physics, Chemistry. Biology with English and with compulsory GUJCAT score.

Every year the admissions are done by State Govt. through Centralized Admission commitee.

The process of Admission to M.D. (Hom.) course is done every year after the advertisement for the same is published through Govt. agencies. The process is centralized & the students are required to undergo a mandatory written test & counseling interview before admission. The minimum passing standard at the written test is 50%.

For admissions to first year B.H.M.S., Gujarat State Government quota is 75%, NRI quota is 15% and management quota is 10% of total seats of 100 capacity of students each year.
