• Students must score 60% marks in qualifying exam. In the case of the reserved category, the qualifying marks must be 55%.
• The admission also depends on the merit of the GATE.

Scholarships at Bahra University, [BU] Solan:

• Bahra University Scholarships are for deserving, meritorious and needy students.
• It offers many scholarships and concessions on the basis of different criteria to help students aim for higher education.
• To avail for the scholarships, the students must maintain good academic records with the CGPA of 6 without supplementary of backlogs.
• However, if any student has backlogs or supplementary than the scholarship or concession for that particular semester will be withdrawn but it will get restored upon clearance of the backlogs or supplementary.
• Students can avail only one scholarship/concession at one time.

• This provides financial assistance to the Scheduled Caste students.
