AIT Group of Institutions was established in 1994 for the students of North East Region, who have been deprived of getting admission in Govt. Institution. It has multistoried building covering approximately 15,000 sq. ft.

LOCATION:

AIT Group of Institutions is located at Hatigaon (Near Hatigaon High school), Dispur, Guwahati-781006. It is easily approachable by city buses and other forms of public convenience.

FACILITIES

COMPUTER Laboratary:

The institute has a well-equipped computer laboratory and all computers are connected through Unix, Linux & LAN environment. All computers are backed up by high quality UPS to enable the students to continue practical even in the failure of Electricity.

MEDICAL LAB:

There is a well-equipped medical laboratory in our Institution.

ELECTRONICS LAB:

There is a well-equipped electronics lab in our Institution.

STUDENTS’ COMMON ROOM:

There is a students’ common room where they can enjoy leisure period. Periodicals, journals & News papers are available for their enjoyments.

FACULTY ROOM:

There is a faculty room with comfortable setting facilities along with a telephone.

HOSTEL ACCOMMONDATION:

There are four separate hostels for both boys and girls to accommodate the remote students with phone and water purifier facility. Provided food in the hostel is completely hygienic.

LIBRARY FACILITY:

The Institute has a library rich connecting relevant books. The institute subscribes to a number of journals, periodicals and various news papers.
