Fees & Scholarships : Arasan Ganesan College of Preceptors, Virudhunagar Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering Fee Structure. The fee for my course is Rs 20,000 per year. The scholarship is given to students according to their performance. I got a government scholarship amount of 4000 per year from my college. All banks are to give loans for education
