Alpine Institute of Technology was established as a result of conscious efforts by a group of eminent personalities, highly qualified for managing Technical, Managerial and Pharmaceutical institutes in the state of Madhya Pradesh. AIT functions under the patronage of 'Ujjain Shikshan Evam Shodh Samiti' which is under the guidance of Shri Satyanarayan Jaiswal and Shri Vivek Jaiswal, who have been putting in all the efforts to provide quality technical education of recognized excellence.

AIT Campus Facilities

Hostel: Separate hostels for girls and boys are to be provided.

Computer Lab: Institute has three well-equipped computer centres. Highlights are the latest Thin Client Technology-based workstations and Stand-Alone systems for the Internet and Linux. Well-equipped Language Laboratory, for the enhancement of communication skills, is also available for students.

Laboratories: Institute has various modern laboratories, furnished with the latest equipment and instruments.

Library

• AIT has an excellent library with adequate space for study, having more than 12000 books of all kinds as per syllabus.
• Along with these books, basic science books required by Engineering and Management students are also available.
• Periodicals, magazines, CDs and journals form an important part of the library.
• The library has an access system and catalogue system, which is fully computerized.
• Each student gets a set of books for the whole semester.
