AIIMS Deoghar infrastructure is spread over 236.92 acres in Deoghar, Jharkhand. The campus includes a hospital with ICU facilities and emergency/trauma/ and AYUSH beds. AIIMS Deoghar has a central library, hostel facilities, blood bank, and cafeteria, among other amenities. Hostel: Students from outstation are given preference on the AIIMS Deoghar hostel. There are separate hostels for boys and girls, and students are provided comfortable and well-furnished hostels rooms. Since the college is relatively new, the hostels were not earlier inside the campus grounds.
