The steps to download the VTU syllabus 2024 can help the students to get more direct access to the syllabus from the official website of the university.

- Step 2: Click on the “Examination” tab from the homepage.

Course Structure of VTU Syllabus
The course structure of VTU syllabus will help the students to know the course plans and the assessment tools used by the faculties to calibrate the performance of the students.
- Eight semesters for undergraduate Engineering courses.
- Four semesters for postgraduate Engineering courses.
- The students will be having internal assessments such as seminars, presentations, and projects.
- There is 100 marks end of the term examination for each subject every semester.
- The students are encouraged to participate in competitions conducted within and outside the University.
- The students are required to take internships at the 3rd or 4th year of academics.
