ANZ is also upbeat about the expansion of its Business in India.
Diversity and the advancement of women in the workplace are fundamental to our culture. We credit Shakti, our flagship programme, for empowering women by giving them a place to nurture, hone, and develop their innate potential for the nearly 35% of managerial positions and 22% of women's leadership positions. It is encouraging to see that NMIMS also has a 60:40 ratio, which will result in more women holding leadership positions.
I had a great time connecting with the students today, and we will consider methods to support the school, such as leadership mentorship. At ANZ, we connect with and make significant investments in the areas where we operate to foster a world where people and communities flourish.
As the students began their trip, Dr. Ramesh Bhat, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor of NMIMS, wished them luck and said, "I give my best wishes, hoping that each of you finds a feeling of fulfillment and pride in all you accomplish.
