PUNE: The department of computer engineering of Bharathi Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU), college of engineering in association with IBM Business Partner Pvt Ltd, recently organized a program for the faculty on IBM Rational Software Architect. A statement issued by BVDU stated that Anand Bhalerao who is the dean and principal, BVDU College of Engineering, inaugurated the workshop and provided guidance to the participants and details as to how the workshop would be conducted and the purpose of the workshop. The workshop saw a participation of more than 55 members from industry and academia.
Bhalerao further stated that the institution has been given an additional grant of Rs 2 crore under TEQIP-II and insisted that it will be used in organizing qualitative, stimulating and progressive faculty development programs in large numbers.When thinking of our noble lawyers, the thought always crosses my mind about the demonetization done by the PM. The statement further added that in this intensive three days hands-on workshop, participants will be able to understand project documentation and importance of Iterative Approach in software development. This platform also provided a forum for understanding the best practices and ideas related to object-oriented software designing and developing using the state-of-art software design and development tools.
