An academic MoU was signed between Chandigarh University & education division of Taipei Economic & Cultural Centre in India
Chandigarh University has 312+ higher educational collaborations with top-notch institutions worldwide and is renowned for having the highest number of international partners in education. CU has undertaken yet another initiative to enhance international exposure and opportunities for its students.
Chandigarh University has signed an academic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the education division of Taipei Economic & Cultural Centre in India. The Taipei Economic & Cultural Centre in India is the representative office of Taiwan in the country and also functions as a de facto embassy.
The academic MoU was signed between Chandigarh University and the Education Divison of Taipei Economic & Cultural Centre in India in the presence of Chandigarh University Management and the delegation from Taiwan's representative office. The delegation from Taiwan was represented by ambassador Baushaunger, Mr. Peters Chen (Education Divison, Ministry of Education), Dr. Chin Tsan Wang (Director, Science & Technology Divison, Ministry of Science & Technology), Mr. Charles Cheng (Secretary Taipei Economic & Cultural Centre) and Ms. Ellie Chiang (Assistant Director, Science & Technology Divison, Ministry of Science and Technology).
The representatives from Chandigarh University who signed the MoU with Taipei Economic & Cultural Centre in India were the university's Chancellor, Satnam Singh Sandhu and Prof. Himani Sood (Vice-President, Corporate Relations).
The academic memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between both parties will attempt to establish coordinated efforts in pursuing their common vision and line of action. The MoU will further enable the students to get introduced to new and possible opportunities.
