CBSE Class 11 Business Studies Deleted Syllabus 2025-26 - Download PDF

The CBSE board has revised the syllabus for the CBSE class 11 Business Studies exam and deleted chapters from five units under Part A: Foundation of Business, and 3 units under Part B: Finance and Trade. As per the CBSE class 11 Business Studies deleted syllabus 2025-26, chapters such as Global Enterprises, Postal Service – Mail, Registered Post, Parcel, Speed Post, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and others have been removed from the current curriculum.

 The CBSE class 11 exam for Business Studies will be conducted for 80 marks, divided equally between Part A and Part B. The other 20 marks are allocated for the project work.

Part B: Finance and Trade

• Unit 7: Sources of Business Finance: Borrowed funds: Inter  Corporate  Deposits  (ICD)  – Concept
• Unit 9: Internal Trade: Types of retail-trade-Itinerant and small-scale fixed shops retailers; GST (Goods and Services Tax): Concept
• Unit 10: International Trade: Export trade – Meaning and procedure; Import Trade – Meaning and procedure; Documents involved in International Trade: indent, letter of credit, shipping order, shipping bills, mate’s receipt (DA/DP); World Trade Organization (WTO) meaning and objectives.
