TS DOST Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria
When seeking admission to undergraduate courses under TS DOST, checking the TS DOST eligibility criteria is one of the first steps. It sets the foundation for the application process. The following is the eligibility criteria for TS DOST admission 2025:
- You must have passed your Intermediate in 2023, 2022, 2021 or 2020.
- You must be an India Nationals.
- You should meet local/non-local status requirements provided in the Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions).
- You must have passed the MPC/BPC/CEC/MEC/HEC/Vocational with minimum qualifying marks conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana State (BIETS) or another recognized board.
- If passing the qualifying exam from boards other than BIETS, CBSE, or ICSE you must submit your BIETS Eligibility Certificate.
- Those who have completed the first 2 years Course of RGUKT, IIT, and Basara programmes are also eligible.
- If seeking admission to B.Sc courses you must have passed the qualifying examination with a score of 40% in the subject you wish to study at the undergraduate level.
- Those who have passed the qualifying exam from the arts or commerce streams will not be admitted to B.Sc. courses.
- Those clearing the qualifying exam in any science, arts, or commerce stream can apply for B.A, B.Com, BSW, BBA, BBM, and BCA programmes.
- Those seeking admission to the BSW program must score at least 40% in the qualifying exam.

While filling out the application form for the TS DOST admission 2025 you are required to submit the following documents:

Steps to Fill the TS DOST Application Form
The Telangana State Council of Higher Education started the registration process for the admission from May 3, 2025. You are advised to learn how to fill out the TS DOST application form for faster processing. Follow the steps given below to learn more about filling up the TS DOST application form:
- Step 1: Visit the official website of TS DOST - dost.cgg.gov.in.

- Step 2: Select the ‘Candidate Pre-registration’ tab on the left side of the homepage.

- Step 3: Now, fill in the following details on the next page:

- Hall ticket number
- Date of birth
- Aadhaar Card number
- Mobile number
- Name of the candidate
- Father’s name

- Step 4: Click on the ‘Declaration Box’ and lastly, click on the ‘Aadhar Authentication’ button.
- Step 5: Fill in the OPT sent to your registered mobile number. You will be able to see your DOST ID on the screen.
- Step 6: Now, you can proceed with the fee payment by clicking on the “Fee Payment” option on the next page. You can either use e-wallet, credit card, debit card, or internet banking to make payment.
- Step 7: You will receive a 6-digit PIN on your registered mobile number through which you can access your DOST portal.
- Step 8: Further, open the DOST portal and fill in the DOST ID and 6-digit PIN.
- Step 9: Now, click on the ‘application details entry’ option and fill out the DOST application form with details like Candidate’s name, DOB, and Father’s name.
- Step 10: Next, upload a scanned image of a passport-size photograph and Aadhae Card. Note that the scanned image should be less than 100 KB.
- Step 11: Next, you must fill in the academic details including the Intermediate group, marks secured, name of the college, bridge courses and other relevant details.
- Step 12: Fill in other details like the Mother’s name, Candidate’s blood group and more.
- Step 13: You will be directed to provide (if applicable) a scanned copy of any special category certificate like NCC or extra-curricular activities certificates.
- Step 14: Once done, you are advised to press the ‘Preview’ button to cross-check the details filled by them.
- Step 15: Lastly, submit the DOST application application form. Once the application is accepted, you will receive an auto-generated message declaring successful submission.
- Step 16: Now, you must go on to select the programmes and colleges of your choice by clicking on the ‘Web Options’ tab.
- Step 17: You will be required to provide additional information for CBCS courses.
- Step 18: You will have to fill in numerous subject combinations for different CBCS priorities.
- Step 19: Click on the ‘Save Web Options with CBCS’ button to lock in the choices.
TS DOST Admission 2025: Seat Allotment
TS DOST seat allotment for Phase I was started from May 29, 2025 on its official website. Those who have registered themselves for the TS DOST admission 2025 in Phase I could check the seat allotment with their DOST ID.
