The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination will be conducted on 20 April 2024 by the conducting body, Odisha Joint Entrance Examinations Board. It is vital to avoid any sort of trouble that might put the candidates at any sort of risk that may hinder their process or performance in the OJEE examination.

No mobile phones, digital watches or any electronic devices are to be carried inside the examination hall; such things should be considered for OJEE Dress Code 2024.

OJEE Dress Code for Male

OJEE dress code 2024 for males is to appear in the examination hall in simple and comfortable clothes. Below are some mentioned OJEE dress code 2024 rules that are to be followed by the Male candidates appearing for the OJEE examination.

• T-shirts that are light-coloured and in a solid pattern are recommended.
• Candidates can wear knee-length shorts.
• T-shirts with large graphic prints are not recommended.
• Jeans or trousers with pockets are to be avoided. Avoiding such things will save the candidate time during security checking. Pants with a minimal number of pockets are allowed.
• Any fancy accessories such as bracelets, rings, necklaces or bandanas must be avoided.
• The hairstyle should be kept simple.
• Sunglasses should be avoided, as they are unnecessary inside an exam hall and are prohibited for the day of the examination.
• Simple footwear such as slippers is recommended as a part of the dress code for OJEE.

OJEE Dress Code for Female

For OJEE Dress Code 2024 for Female candidates, the basic rule of wearing simple and comfortable clothes remains the same for female candidates as well. The candidates should follow the mentioned basic dress code rules as mentioned in the list below-

• Candidates should wear a simple T-shirt or kurta.
• Simple attire without any distracting patterns or prints on them should be considered.
• Candidates must not wear fancy accessories like rings, bracelets, necklaces or hairbands inside the exam hall.
• The female candidates, too, are recommended to wear comfortable and simple footwear such as slippers. Knee-high boots or above-ankle shoes are not recommended for OJEE Dress Code.
• Sunglasses are prohibited.

List of Allowed Items in OJEE Exam 2024

Below are some items that can be carried by the Candidates appearing in the OJEE exam 2024.

• Clear and transparent water bottle
• A small bottle of sanitiser
• Face masks are allowed, they should be simple, and no pattern or design should be on them.
• Pens with a clear transparent body.
• Analog watches are allowed. However, the candidates can ask the invigilator for the time or check the clock provided in the examination room.
• Any items that are non-electronic and required for the OJEE examination for the candidate’s personal use can be carried by the candidate.
• Students with specific medical conditions may carry their medicines.

List of Prohibited Items in OJEE Exam 2024

• Any Bluetooth devices, such as bands and earphones, are prohibited.
• No food items are allowed in the examination room.

• Metallic items are prohibited.
