BCECE Counselling Documents Required - Counselling Fees, Counselling Procedure

BCECE counselling documents include class 10 and 12 mark sheets and passing certificates along with BCECE seat allotment letter, admit card and other important. Students clearing BCECE (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Exams) with the required cut-offs will be undergoing a counselling process conducted by the Authority/Board. The BCECE counselling was conducted on Sept 28 and Sept 29, 2023. 

BCECE 2023 round 2 provisional seat allotment results were released on Oct 21, 2023. Authority will commence the document verification process for PCM and PCB on Oct 26, 2023. 

Important Documents Required for BCECE 2023 Counselling

Only the eligible candidates with their names displayed on the BCECE merit list can proceed with the counselling process. The following documents are mandatory for the candidates to present during the time of interview/ counselling.

1. Marksheet and Pass Certificate of both HSLC and HSSLC (Class10th and 12th)
2. BCECE Seat Allotment Letter
3. BCECE Examination Admit Card
4. Printed Copy BCECE Application Form (all the parts)
5. Income Certificate
6. Medical Certificate (especially for medical fields)
7. Category/Caste Certificate (if applicable)
8. Disability Certificate (if applicable)
9. Military Certification (if any)
10. Migration Certificate (if any)
11. 6 Photographs which are the same as the ones uploaded in the application form
12. Counselling Letter of BCECE

The documents/passport should be maintained. The original documents are to be presented along with the printed copies to ensure authenticity.

Counselling Fees

To participate in the online counselling process, every candidate must pay the requisite counselling fees mandated by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Exams authority. The counselling fees can be a fixed amount or vary depending on the number of courses a candidate has applied to from college to college. The fees for the BCECE counselling are given below.

Counselling Procedure for BCECE 2023

The Counselling procedure for BCECE 2023 follows an online method. The allotment of seats is done during the counselling procedure. Candidates must go through the five stages of the BCECE counselling procedure. 

• Candidates must register themselves for the counselling process on the official website of BCECE. The Registration process required details to be filled in the online form.
• Next, the candidates must pay the requisite counselling fees according to their category. The fees amount has been discussed above.
• The provisional seat allotment happens next. Candidates are assigned seats based on their scores and performance.
• The verification process is used to verify that the candidate has not withheld any information and has appeared for the process personally.
• The final seat allotment is done, and students get admitted to their courses through the BCECE scheme.
