Admission Details for Anna University MCA Program
Candidates must pass the TANCET entrance exam to be eligible for the MCA programme at Anna University. TANCET counselling is used as the basis for the final selection procedure. Moreover, the university provides lateral admission into the MCA programme.
Eligibility: Bachelor's degree with a minimum overall GPA of 50% (45% for candidates from the reserved category) and a minimum duration of three years in one of the following fields: BCA, BSc (Information Technology/Computer Science), Computer Science and Engineering OR 10+3 years Diploma + 3 years Pattern for Anna University, Chennai Admissions 2018 OR 10+3 years diploma (awarded by the State Board of Technical Education) + AMIE
