Karnataka SSLC Grading System: Passing Criteria, Steps to Calculate CGPA

The Karnataka SSLC Grading System follows a six-point grading pattern, wherein applicants with the highest marks are given an A+, and students with low marks are furnished with a C grade. The grading method is formed by the Karnataka Board, which focuses on evaluating the overall performance of the candidates based on their marks.

Students must score between 563 and 635 to obtain an A+ grade. Furthermore, students who fail in one or more subjects in the Karnataka SSLC Exam must appear for the Karnataka SSLC supplementary exams.

• KSEEB conducts the Karnataka SSLC exam for 100 marks.

Karnataka SSLC Grading System: Subjects Required to Pass

Candidates must note that they must qualify in the following subjects with the demarcated marks per the authorities for the Karnataka SSLC Grading System. Students can refer to the pointers below for further details.

• Candidates can select Hindi, Marathi, Urdu, Sanskrit, Telugu, and Tamil for the Language 1 paper.
• Kannada and English are the two options for Language Paper 2.
