Admit cards for CEED 2026 will be distributed on January 2, 2026, beginning at 1 PM. The application closed with late fees on November 10, 2025. The CEED application was available on the official website beginning October 1, 2025. The exam will be administered by IIT Bombay on January 18, 2026, at the selected locations.

The deadline to complete the application form was extended to November 5, 2025. CEED 2026 results will be announced on March 4, 2026. The CEED 2025 draft answer key will be available on January 20, 2026.

CEED Exam Events and Dates

The following is a summary of key timelines associated with the CEED exam for candidates seeking admission into Design Programs.

1. CEED Application Dates: The application form for CEED was released by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay on October 1st, 2025, and closed on Nov 5, 2025. 
2. CEED Admit Card Dates: Once candidates have completed the application process and have their eligibility confirmed, they will receive their CEED admit card. Candidates must download their CEED Admit Card using their registered email address and password.
3. CEED Exam Date: The CEED Design Entrance Exam will take place on January 18th 2026, and it will consist of two sections. The first section (Part A) will be administered in the first hour, and the second section (Part B) will be administered during the subsequent two hours.
4. CEED Answer Key: Draft Answer Keys for the CEED Exam will be published in the third week of January 2026; these will only include Answer Keys for Part A, and there will not be an answer key for Part B. A final answer key will be published at a later time.
5. CEED Scorecard: The Scorecard for CEED 2025 will be available for download on/before the second week of March 2026. Candidates may download their scorecard from the CEED Candidate Portal, and must download their Scorecard no later than the second week of June 2026. Based upon the date of results, Scorecards are valid for one year.
6. CEED Results: IIT Bombay will declare CEED 2026 results during the first week of March 2026. Candidates may access their results by entering their registered email account and password.
