BRAOU Exam Guidelines
There are various steps involved for each aspect in the BRAOU examinations. We've divided them based on their own categories so that you don't feel too confused about it. Although it may appear daunting at first, the steps are relatively simple to follow. You may take the help of those who have a good understanding of these rules if need be.
BRAOU UG and PG Exam Guidelines
These guidelines can be followed for the BRAOU UG and PG examination 2026:
- You must be present at the exam hall 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam. Any later than that, and you will not be given extra time to write the exam.
- You must possess a valid ID. Without it, you cannot write the exam. Soft copies are not considered a valid copy, so keep the original with you at all times.
- Designated areas are provided to store your belongings. Bags, mobile phones, headgear (aside from ones with religious intent), watches and other accessories are not permitted in the exam hall. Depositing them in the designated areas for safekeeping is your only option.
- You are allowed to carry only writing materials, permitted exam aids and bite-sized food either on or near their desks. Permitted exam aids must be listed on the exam paper and placed on the desk for inspection. Invigilators may check this anytime they like, so be mindful about this.
- Dictionaries, log tables, and other permitted exam aids must not contain loose sheets. Marking, highlighting, underlining, and indicating is allowed. However, passing or using notes is not. If you are found doing the latter, then you will be held accountable for suspected cheating, for which appropriate actions will be taken.
- You are not allowed to leave the exam room during the first 30 minutes of the exam. If you wish to withdraw, you must inform the invigilator. You must write 'I withdraw from this exam due to [reason]' if it's a written exam. After doing so, you may leave the exam room.
BRAOU Exam Registration Application Form Guidelines
If you're a student, then keep the following two points in mind when filling up any application form:
- You must fill all subjects in the single application form including practical papers. No separate application form will be provided for individual years.
- You can take the help of others to fill up your exam form. However, BRAOU discourages you from doing so on account that it can lead to mistakes in the application form filling procedures. Having said that, make sure that the details you enter are fully correct if you choose to do so.
- Verify:
- Whether all the details and subjects are applied correctly or not.
- Whether you've entered all pending and/or backlog subjects.
- Whether all the applied subjects on exam application printout are correct.
- Whether all the applied subjects, exam centre/study centre, medium, and MIL details are correct in case it's a UG First Year application form.
- Whether your application has all the correct details in general before paying your exam fee at the AP Online Franchise Centre.
- Modifying the application is impossible once the fee is paid. You are encouraged to do so before you pay the fee.
- If you are physically challenged, then you must contact the exam helpline after exam registration for any fee exemption(s) via their phone numbers or their email address.
BRAOU Exam Form Modification Guidelines
If you're having trouble figuring out how to change or modify details in your application form before the fee payment, then here are the steps involved:
- Click on the "Update Examination Application Details" link.
- Enter Admission Number (only last seven numbers from your admission Number) and Application Number (9 Digits number).
- Re-apply all papers and verify all subjects are applied or not.
- Visit the nearest AP ONLINE center for exam fee payment.
