The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conclude the CUET 2022 registration for PG programmes today, 18 July, on the official website.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the CUET PG 2022 registration window today, 18 July. The last date to pay the CUET PG 2022 application fee is 11 July (11:50 PM). Aspirants who have not applied can register on the official website of NTA, cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can make corrections to the application form from 20 to 22 July. CUET PG exam is expected to be held in the third week of July. NTA will announce the complete entrance exam schedule soon on its official website.
Additionally, the NTA has also released the complete details of the test pattern of CUET 2022 on its official website. CUET is an entrance test for admission to undergraduate courses. Central Universities like Banaras Hindu University, Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi University, Jawahar Nehru University, and Visva Bharti University will offer admission to their undergraduate courses through NTA CUET exam scores. Furthermore, state, private, and deemed universities will also provide admissions through CUET exam scores.
The CUET exam will be held in 13 languages, including Hindi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Kannada, Malayalam, Assamese, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, English, and Gujarati. Furthermore, authorities have released the official notification for the exam. The exam is scheduled for the last week of July. However, the exact date will be announced soon.

Exam Day 1 Slot I Ends: Students Reaction
As the first slot on exam day 1 comes to an end, we discuss the initial reaction of the students. Most of the students were antagonized by the NTA. The agency relocated many students hours before the exam. As a result, students dependant on public transport missed their exams, as they were not allowed to enter the previously allocated exam centre. More than the exam difficulty, students expressed provocative remarks against the Agency. They further stated that the Agency was inefficient with their arrangements for NEET & JEE Mains, and have now done the same with CUET 2022.
Furthermore, some students described the paper as straightforward. Initial reports suggest that the questions were simple and therefore, the paper was not difficult.

NTA Reopens CUET 2022 Application Window Till May 31
NTA restarted the CUET UG applications 2022 on May 27 at the official website – cuet.samarth.ac.in. Interested candidates who could not register themselves before can fill out the CUET UG 2022 form until May 31 (9 PM). The authorities have decided to restart the CUET UG applications for those students who could not submit their application forms on time. Moreover, NTA has opened the application correction window for candidates already registered on May 25, and the facility will be available till May 31.

The UGC has announced that the Common University Entrance Test for Post Graduates (CUET PG 2022) will be held in the last week of July 2022. The online registrations for CUET PG 2022 exam have begun today, May 19, and the deadline is June 18, 2022. The application forms are available at the official website cuet.nta.nic.in
Steps To Apply For CUET 2022:
- First, visit the official CUET website – cuet.nta.nic.in
- On the homepage, click on ‘Register’
- Now, fill the required details in the application form and choose the password and key in the security pin.
- After that, complete the OTP verification.
- The candidate will receive an application number after OTP verification on their registered mobile number and email address.
- Login to your account using the details and then click on ‘Continue Application Form’ and fill in the other required details in the application form.
- Verify the details filled in the form and “Submit’
- Pay the application fees. The application fee for General, OBS, and EWS candidates is INR 800 and for SC, ST, and PWD candidates are INR 400

CUET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who want to apply for the CUET exam must go through the eligibility criteria released by authorities. According to the notice, there is no such age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed class 12th or are appearing in 2022 irrespective of their age can appear in the CUET 2022 examination. Following are some important points to note:
- All the existing policies like quotas, reservations, category, relaxation, etc of the respective university will be applicable for admissions through CUET 2022.
- Candidates are advised to visit the university websites to check individual university’s eligibility criteria.
- Appearing in the entrance test and scoring the qualifying marks would not be sufficient for admission unless the candidate fulfills the program-wise eligibility criteria of the university to which they want to apply.

25 Karnataka State Universities Adopt CUET 2022
The UGC Chairman, M Jagadesh Kumar, announced on his Twitter handle that vice-chancellors of 25 universities in Karnataka have agreed to conduct CUET for admissions to undergraduate programs.
His tweet says, “Today, I had a meeting with the vice-chancellors of 25 state universities from Karnataka to discuss Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The VCs have supported the introduction of CUET and have agreed to use CUET for admissions in BA, BSc, BCom, and similar programs,”
