• The registration certificate must be valid on the day of the examination or issued by the authorities before the NEET SS exam date.

Age Limit

The NBEMS does not specify any upper or lower age limit for NEET SS 2025, so the candidates of all age groups who meet the educational and registration requirements can appear for the exam.

Minimum Marks Requirement

There is no minimum percentage requirement in the postgraduate qualification for NEET SS 2025. However, candidates must have successfully passed their MD/MS/DNB degree examination and obtained a valid completion certificate before the cutoff date (September 30, 2025).

What Is the NEET SS 2025 Eligibility for Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC)?

NEET SS 2025 does not have category-based eligibility relaxations. According to the Supreme Court Petition (C) No. 350 of 1998, for DM and MCh programs, there is no reservation or seat allocation based on category in super speciality courses.

For Foreign Nationals

• Foreign candidates can apply without an MCI registration certificate.
