NEET SS 2025: Exam (Over), Question Paper Analysis, Result, Cut Off

The NEET SS (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Super Speciality) was conducted by NBE on December 26 and 27, 2025 and was held in two shifts each day. The overall difficulty level of  NEET SS varied across groups such as Surgery and the Medical Group was the toughest sections this year, with lengthy clinical scenarios and high-level conceptual questions.

The Paediatrics and Oncology were moderately difficult, with a balanced mix of direct and application-based questions. The Microbiology was comparatively moderate and more predictable and the Obstetrics & Gynaecology was the easiest of all, with straightforward, scoring questions that most students found manageable.

NEET SS is the mandatory qualifying exam for candidates to enter into DM/ MCh courses in various universities/ institutions in the country and no other test is considered valid.

The NEET SS 2025 admit card was available to download on December 22, 2025. The NEET SS 2025 City Intimation Slip was released on December 12, 2025, at 10 AM, allowing candidates to check the city where their examination centre will be located. 

The candidates appearing in NEET SS will get admissions to all private Medical colleges/ institutions/ universities/ deemed universities that offer DM/ MCh courses.

Step 1: Visit the official website of NBEMS.

Step 2: Register yourself to generate login credentials by entering the valid email ID and phone number.

Step 3: Login again by valid login credentials and then fill out the application form carefully.

Step 4: Upload all the required documents (academics degrees and social category certificates), scanned photo, signature, and thumb impression.

Step 5: Submit the application form by paying the application fee online.

Step 6: Download and keep a printout of the NEET SS application fee for future reference.

What Is the Eligibility Criteria for NEET SS 2025?

The eligibility criteria for NEET SS are as follow:

• Candidates must possess a recognized postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) and should be registered with MCI/NMC or State Medical Council.
• Foreign Nationals need not be registered with MCI but must hold valid registration in their home country. Temporary registration may be granted during their course duration.
