The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-D) has launched its second certificate programme. The course title is – ‘Executive Management Programme in Entrepreneurship Development (EMPED)’. IIT Delhi EMPED is a part of their Continuing Education Programme (CEP). However, students interested must apply by tonight, May 5, 2022.
IIT Delhi EMPED: Eligibility Criteria
The course will be conducted Direct-to-Device. Moreover, classes will be conducted online. These classes will be conducted between 10 am – 1 pm on Sundays to enable working professionals and engaged candidates. The duration of the course is 6 months. Enlisted below are certain points regarding eligibility for the programme.
- All applicants must have an undergraduate or post-graduate degree.
- Although students from any academic background can apply, those with work experience will have the edge over the others.
- Additionally, students will be selected based on their application reviews.
- Finally, as far as evaluation is concerned, half of it depends on submitted assignments. While the other half is determined after the final project on a business plan.
Highlights
This course is for all those who wish to venture out into entrepreneurship. Skilled students from all academic spheres can enrol themselves. However, the CEP certificate is not provided to everyone. Besides scoring over at least 60% throughout the course, candidates with a minimum attendance of 60% will only receive an IIT Delhi EMPED certificate of completion. Moreover, those who do not obtain the minimum marks or attendance criteria will only receive a certificate of participation.
