NMC Invites Applications for FMGE Eligibility Certificate for December 2022
Candidates who need an eligibility certificate to appear for the FMGE can apply between June 15 and July 15.
NMC has recently released a new update regarding the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE). The National Medical Commission (NMC) has issued an online invitation to apply for a certificate of eligibility for the FMGE. Applicants can submit applications latest by 1 pm on July 15, 2022.

Candidates who require an FMGE Eligibility Certificate can apply on the NMC’s official website, nmc.org, beginning tomorrow. Also, those who need an eligibility certificate cannot use it for screening tests without the eligibility certificate issued by NMC. The authorities also requested that students confirm the eligibility certificate requirement by referring to public notices dated December 11, 2018, and April 5, 2019. The administration may schedule FMGE tentatively in December 2022.
NMC also clarified the eligibility criteria for final-year postgraduate (PG) students who have not completed the “Online course in Research Methods” to sit for the final exams in 2022. According to the official statement, medical students can take the final exams if they complete the course within six months.
