MCC Confirms Internship Completion Deadline for NEET PG Counselling 2022

NEET PG Counselling 2022: A notification by the MCC reads that the internship completion date for the current academic year 2022-23 is July 31. Previously, the deadline was March 31. However, due to the compliance order filled on April 5, 2022, in W.P. No. 208 in the matter of Shikhar and Anr., versus NBE and Ors. Before the Hon. Supreme Court of India, the new date is July 31 to complete internships for 2022-23.

The NEET PG Counselling 2022 bulletin is hence updated with this latest development.

NEET PG Counselling 2022 Details

According to news reports, the counselling process may begin on September 19. It was earlier going to start on September 1, but the Medical Counselling Committee added more seats which led to the delay. Moreover, the MCC released another notice on August 29, which talks about adding more seats for the betterment of students. Wherein the National Medical Commission was issuing the letter of permission to institutes. The issuance will be over by September 15, after which the capacity for NEET PG Counselling 2022 will increase.

The new counselling schedule will soon be up on MCC’s official portal. The MCC holds the counselling for 50% of All India Quota seats.
