Manipal MET Counselling 2022: The third round of the MET 2022 counselling registration and choice filing has begun on the official website counseling.manipal.edu. Candidates can now register and fill out their admission preferences by July 25. Previously registered candidates for MET counselling 2022 can also change their preferences before the deadline. The third round of MET 2022 seat allocation will be announced on July 27.

The candidates must confirm their selection by paying the course fee before the deadline. Seats are assigned to candidates based on their rank, preferences, and seat availability.

Eligibility Criteria for MET 2022 Counselling

Candidates who meet the following eligibility requirements will be eligible to participate in the MET 2022 counselling process:

1. The candidate must have a MET 2022 ranking.
2. Candidates must have passed a recognized board’s 10+2 / A-Level / International Baccalaureate (IB)/American High School Diploma or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects.
3. They must have a minimum of 50 per cent in physics, mathematics, and one of the optional subjects combined. Candidates must have obtained at least the board’s minimum pass marks in each subject.
4. Students who have appeared, or are awaiting, the results of their 10+2 / A Level / IB / American High School Diploma or Equivalent board examinations are also eligible for counselling if they meet the above criteria.

Steps of MET 2022 Counselling and Registration

1. Registration: The first step is for candidates to log into the counselling portal using their MET 2022 application form number as application number and OTBS password. Candidates must keep their candidate profiles up to date.
2. Filling Out Choices – Next, candidates must pay the required counselling fee and select their preferred campuses and courses. The selection should be done in the order of preference.
3. Seat Allotment – Candidates are assigned seats based on their rank, preference, and availability of seats. Candidates must download the allotment letter.
4. Fee Payment – Candidates must pay a fee to confirm their admission, additional document verification must also be performed.
5. Payment of Fee – Candidates will be required to pay a fee to confirm their admission. Document verification is also required to confirm the candidate’s admission.

Documents required for MET 2022 Counselling and Verification

1. MET 2022 Hall Ticket Class 10th Standard Mark card Printout of completed Common Registration Form downloaded from Counselling portal (for date of birth proof).
2. The recognised board issues a certificate of completion for the Class 12th Standard.
3. Parent Pan Card.
4. 2 recent passport-sized photos.
5. Letter of Authorization (if the representative is attending on behalf of the candidate).
6. Copy of Overseas Indian Citizen/Person of Indian Origin Card (if applying under the OCI/PIO category).

Note: If candidates are unable to bring the original eligibility document, they can present an online copy of the marksheet that has been duly attested by the college principal. Qualifications obtained from the mentioned boards will be considered

MET 2022 Counselling and Registration Fees

The first-year fee of INR 3,25,000 is to be paid in two instalments:
