SSC Steno Grade C Exam 2017: Authorities from the Staff Selection Commission have released the SSC Steno Grade C Exam 2017 notification. Thus, the Stenographer Grade ‘C’ Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2017, will take place on 21 October. Candidates can check the official website at ssc.nic.in to check the announcement.
Authorities had earlier scheduled the exam on 25 August 2019 but had postponed the exam due to administrative reasons. Although officials said they would announce the new date soon, they opened the online registration window for the SSC Steno Grade C exam 2017. The window was active from 13 June-5 June. However, the deadline for certain regions was 12 July. Those regions are Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Sikkim, Lahaul, Jammu & Kashmir, Tripura, Spiti district, Pangi sub-division of Chamba, Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep.
The official notification also states that the SSC Steno Grade C Exam 2017 schedule will depend on the COVID restrictions and other associated conditions at the time of the exam. Meanwhile, authorities have released the tentative SSC Stenographer recruitment 2020 for Group C and D 2020 exams. Thus, the SSC exam dates for Stenographer for Group C and D will occur from 29 September to 1 October.
