Maharashtra FYJC Admissions 2022 – On 26 July 2022, Maharashtra First-Year Junior College (FYJC) admission started. The admission process for quota and general first-year junior college (FYJC) seats started simultaneously, unlike last year when in-house quota and minority admissions began first.
3.7 Lakhs+ Seats Available for Maharashtra FYJC Admissions 2022
This year, students seeking admission in management, in-house, minority quota, and general category will apply together for the admission process. It might burden the administrative staff, but it is intended for completing the admissions.
More than 3.7 lakh seats, including 1.4 lakh quota seats, are available this year. It is expected that round 2 (general) of the process will commence from 7 August 2022 to 17 August 2022, followed by round 3 and a special admission round. The admission process is expected to be completed by early September. The academic year shall begin at the same time.
