- If a candidate cancels the IGNOU July 2023 admission application form before the confirmation of their admission, the full programme fee will be refunded.
- Further, in case a student cancels the application within 15 days after confirmation, their programme fee will be refunded after deducting Rs 500.
- Furthermore, students who inform about the cancellation within 16-90 days will have their refund initiated only after deducting Rs 1,000.
- Students will not get any refund after 90 days.
