Maharashtra AYUSH Counselling 2025 - Registration and Session Apply (Till Sep 4), Provisional Merit List (Sep 6)

The Maharashtra AYUSH Counselling 2025 is being conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell for admissions into BAMS, BUMS, and BHMS courses. 

The Maharashtra AYUSH Counselling 2025 will commence with online registration and session application from Sep 1 to Sep 4, 2025 (till 11:59 AM). Candidates who have already registered earlier are not required to register again.

During this period, applicants must complete the payment of registration fees through the online payment gateway and upload colored scanned copies of their original documents on the portal by Sep 4, 2025. The provisional merit list of registered candidates will be released on Sep 6, 2025, followed by the publication of the seat matrix for CAP Round 1 on Sep 8, 2025.

Candidates can then fill the online choice/preference form for CAP Round 1 between Sep 8 and Sep 10, 2025 (till 6:00 pm). The selection list for CAP Round 1 will be declared on Sep 12, 2025. After this, candidates must report for physical joining and filling of status retention forms with all original documents and fees (via DD/Cheque) between Sep 13 and Sep 17, 2025 (till 5:30 pm).

The process for CAP Round 2 begins with the publication of the seat matrix on Sep 27, 2025. Candidates can submit their choice/preference form online between Sep 29 and Oct 1, 2025. The selection list for CAP Round 2 will be released on Oct 4, 2025. Finally, the physical joining and submission of status retention forms with original documents and fees must be completed between Oct 5 and Oct 10, 2025 (till 5:30 pm).

Candidates whose names are on the merit list can proceed with the choice-filling process on the counselling portal. Seat allotment will follow based on the options filled by the candidates during counselling. Once allotted, candidates will need to report to their assigned colleges for document verification and admission.

Step 1: Online Registration

Visit the official website mahacet.org. Find and click on the registration link to start the registration procedure. Fill in your personal and academic information including your name, date of birth, gender, category, and contact information.

Step 2: Upload Documents

Scan and upload scanned copies of all relevant documents, including mark sheets, degree certificates, internship completion certificates, identity evidence, proof of domicile, and category certificates (where applicable). Confirm that the papers meet the specified size and format requirements.

Step 3: Payment of registration fees

Pay the registration fee, online via credit/debit cards, net banking, or e-wallets.

Submit the form: Review the registration form to ensure that all information is correct, and then submit it online.

Step 4: Confirmation

Following submission, you will receive an acknowledgment or confirmation of your registration, which will include a registration number or a confirmation email.

Maharashtra AYUSH Counselling 2025 Step-by-Step Process

Candidates can follow the step-by-step process given below for Maharashtra AYUSH counselling 2025.

Step 1: Registration

• Go to the official website, mahacet.org, and click the application link. Fill out the AYUSH NEET counselling application form with the essential details, including your active mobile number and email address.
• An OTP will be provided to the registered number and email address to facilitate registration. Fill out all of the AYUSH NEET 2025 application form fields.
• Step 2: Payment of the Registration Fees

After submitting the AYUSH NEET counselling form 2025, pay the non-refundable cost and print the form. The table below shows the fee structure by category.

Step 3: Login and upload the documents

After paying for the Maharashtra AYUSH counselling form 2025, students must upload the necessary documents.

Step 4: Choose filling and locking

• After completing the registration form, the government will display the choice filling window for Maharashtra AYUSH NEET counselling. Candidates have the option of selecting one or more colleges.
• Choices made in the corresponding round(s) will not be carried forward to any subsequent round(s), with the exception of choice(s) made in the online stray vacancy round, which will be carried forward to subsequent online stray vacancy round(s), if any.

Step 5: Seat Allotment and Reporting

• The seat allotment list will be released once the Maharashtra AYUSH registration and choice-filling process is complete. The Maharashtra AYUSH NEET seat allotment will be announced separately for each round.
• The allotment list will include the candidate's name, roll number, and college assigned to them. A list of selected candidates will be given to all relevant colleges.
• The candidate must report to the designated college with his or her original documents for physical verification and admission. Candidates must also pay the required admission fees and submit all original documents.

• NEET UG 2025 admit card & Marksheet.
• Copy of application form 
• Nationality certificate/valid Indian passport/HSC/12th Std. School Leaving Certificate identifying the candidate’s nationality as Indian.
• Domicile Certificate.
• Mark sheet from the H.S.C. (or similar) examination.
