The Management Development Programme (MDP) was based on the theme “iGrow – Journey towards Excellence”. The MDP proved to be an assessment centre run for the employees of the client company.

The program was conducted by Prof. Shradha Padhi from KSOM. Prof. Shradha holds over 20 years of professional experience that includes over 17+ years in the Learning and Development field. Her expertise areas include Leadership Development, Diversity Management, Team Building, Customer Relations, Instructional Design, mentoring as well as coaching.
The session was inaugurated by the Director KSOM, Dr. Saroj Mohapatra. The sessions were supported by Prof Sumita Mishra, Prof Isha Mishra and Prof Debi Prasad Das.
