The BSF SI salary comes under level 6 of the pay scale and the Group-B non-gazetted posts. The salary range, including all incentives, ranges from INR 35,400 to INR 1,12,400 per month. The BSF selection for the SI position is through a written entrance exam followed by a physical test.
