MPBSE officials have stated that the MP class 10 and 12 special examinations will start on 1 September 2021. Additionally, the application process will open shortly after the release of the results by 31 July. The board is conducting special tests for students unsatisfied with the 2021 class 10 and 12 board results. The 2021 final performance scores were based on an alternative evaluation criterion due to COVID-19. Hence, the exam aims to alleviate any concerns students may have regarding the altered criteria framework. However, the board advises students that the scores obtained in the special examinations will be final.
Henceforth, examinations will be conducted offline from 1 to 25 September 2021. The assessments will occur at designated physical testing locations across the state. Meanwhile, MP officials have also announced that the MP class 10 and 12 results will be available by 31 July 2021. The deadline is in adherence to the Supreme Court-issued mandate regarding the 2021 board results. Thus, the application facility for the special examinations will open shortly after the release of the results. The estimated application window is from 1 August to 10 August 2021.
MP Class 10 and 12 Alternate Evaluation Criteria
Earlier, the Madhya Pradesh board had cancelled the class 10 and 12 board examinations due to COVID-19 constraints. Afterwards, the MP board formed a panel to find an alternative means of evaluation. Therefore, the class 10 and 12 board results will be based on internal assessments and past academic performance. The results that will be available by 31 July are based on scores from midterm exams, internals, and unit tests. Additionally, the class 12 evaluation framework features the top 5 subject scores from the class 10 board examinations.
