• On the next page, click on the link to register
• Proceed to fill out the registration form
• Then login to the applicant portal
• Fill out the application form
• Submit the prerequisite documents in the PDF form
• Make the payment of the application fee
• Submit the application
• The candidates must then download their filled out application form
