JKPSC Recruitment 2022 Registration Commences for Prosecuting Officer Posts Today, Oct 6

JKPSC Recruitment 2022: The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) will start the registration process for the posts of Prosecuting Officer on Oct 6. The JKPSC had previously released the notification inviting applicants to fill the 120 vacancies for the post of Prosecuting Officer in the JK Home department. The last date to apply is Nov 5. JKPSC Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria for Prosecuting Officer

The following are the eligiblity criteria that candidates must ensure they qualify before registering for JKPSC Recruitment 2022 for Prosecuting Officer:

• Age Limit: The minimum age is 18(Not born after Jan 4, 2004). Open category and in-service (government) candidates can have a maximum age of 40 (as on Jan 1, 2022). However, for SC, ST, OSC, ALC/IB, RBA, PSP and EWS candidates, it is relaxed to 43. 
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Laws from a University established by Law of India.
• Domicile status: Candidates must be domiciled in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. They must have a domicile certificate issued by a competent authority.

JKPSC Recruitment 2022: Selection Process for Prosecuting Officer

The recruitment process will consist of the following stages:

• Preliminary Examination: To shortlist candidates for the main exam.
• Main Examination: To shortlist candidates for the personal interview.
• Personality Test: Personal interview.
