Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has notified the students and teachers about a change in the pattern for the UP Board Class 10 Exam 2023.
UP Board Class 10 Exam Pattern 2023: Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has notified the students and teachers about a change in the pattern for the UP Board Class 10 Exam 2023. As per the new UP Board Class 10 Exam Pattern 2023, the question paper, which will be out of 70 marks, will have descriptive questions, which carry 50 marks and MCQs, which carry 20 marks.

UP Board Class 10 Exam Pattern 2023: Instruction for OMR Sheet
As part of the new UPMSP 10th Exam Pattern, the candidates will be provided with an OMR sheet to answer the MCQ-type questions. The board has released a sample OMR sheet for students and teachers to refer to. Additionally, the board has released a set of instructions on how to use the OMR sheet along with the notification for the revised UP Board Class 10 Exam Pattern 2023:
- Students should use only a black or blue ballpoint pen on the OMR sheet.
- Candidates will be given four options for each question, among which one will be the correct answer. Candidates must mark their answers in the specific space provided for each question. More than one option should not be selected for a question.
- Students should be very careful while using the OMR sheet.
- Students should not write anything other than marking the answers since it might lead to rejection.
- Candidate should not use whitener on the OMR sheet.
As per the official schedule, the UPMSP class 10, 12 Board Exam 2023 will commence on Feb 16.
