NET 2022 UGC Extends Application Deadline Till May 30 – Steps to Apply

The University grants commission has now extended the application deadline for the National Eligibility Test till May 30. The administration has also extended the last date of fee payment to May 30. The UGC chairman MJ Kumar made the announcement regarding NET 2022 on Twitter.
UGC chairman MJ Kumar stated on Twitter, “In under representations from the candidates, regarding submission of online application form for UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 (merged cycles), it has been decided to extend the last date for submission and fee payment to May 30, 2022.“

How to Apply for UGC NET 2022?
The application process is given ahead:
- Visit the official website, ntanet.nic.in
- On the subsequent page, click on the “UGC NET December 2021/June 2022 registration” link.
- You will be redirected to a new page. Here, fill in your details and register.
- Log in using the newly created registration number.
- Fill out the form, upload images in the required format and download the form.
- Make the payment.
Earlier, the administration decided to conduct the exam for merged cycles in early/mid-June 2022. The officials have further suggested that candidates visit the official website for more details.
