NEET UG 2023: MoHFW Quashes Rumours About NEET UG to Be Held Twice in a Year
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) denies rumours about conducting NEET UG twice a year. Currently, NTA conducts NEET UG exams once a year.
NEET UG 2023: The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW)'s Minister of State denied that there is no proposal to conduct the NEET UG exam twice in a year.
At present, the National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts NEET UG once a year for Medical admissions. Likewise, NEET UG 2023 will be conducted only once this year.
Bharati Pravin Pawar, Minister of State clarified that “National Medical Commission (NMC) & National Testing Agency (NTA) have informed that there is no proposal to conduct NEET UG exams for providing two chances in a year”.
By this statement, it is clear that there will be no NEET UG 2023 two attempts and the NEET 2023 syllabus will be based on National and State syllabi.
