NEET Counselling 2022: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to open the registrations for NEET 2022 counselling on Oct 10. The official counselling schedule is yet to be announced. The NTA released the NEET UG Result 2022 on Sep 7. Candidates are now awaiting the NEET Counselling 2022 process to begin.
Candidates must note that the UG medical seats in India are divided among states, and all India quotas in 85 - 15 ratio in NEET Counselling 2022. Hence, for the state quota seats, the medical counselling authorities of the respective states will conduct the counselling process for admissions. As for the all-India quota seats, the MCC will conduct the centralised counselling process. Candidates who qualified the NEET 2022 exam are eligible to apply for both counselling.
How to Complete the NEET Counselling 2022 for UG Registration
Here are the steps candidates will have to follow to register for NEET Counselling 2022 UG:
- Visit the official website of MCC: mcc.nic.in
- Click on the "UG Medical Counselling" tab on the homepage.
- The candidate will be taken to the "Online NEET - UG Medical Counselling" page.
- Click on the link to register for NEET counselling.
- Enter the required details to complete the registration
- The candidate will have to log in and fill out the application form.
- Then upload the scanned copies of the documents
- Make the payment of the registration fee
- Verify all the details and submit the application form.
- Proceed to complete the Choice filling and locking Process.
After the registration window closes, the authorities will publish the result of the NEET seat allotment 2022. Once the candidate has been allotted a seat and chooses to accept it, they will have to visit the allotted medical college for admission with all their original documents.
