Karnataka 2nd PUC 2023 Result Analysis: Over 74 Percent Students Pass

Karnataka 2nd PUC 2023 Result: The Department of Pre-University Education Karnataka (DPUE) announced the 2nd PUC result 2023 for the exam held from Mar 9 to 29. The Karnataka 2nd PUC result 2023 has been announced today, Apr 21, at the official website- karresults.nic.in.

This year, a total of 7,27,923 students registered for the Karnataka 2nd PUC exam. Anyhow, 7,02,067 students appeared for the exam. As the results are out, a total of 5,24,209 students have passed the 2nd PUC examination 2023. According to the official data, the overall pass percentage is 74.76%. Students who freshly attended the exam this year have a 78.97% passing rate while repeaters are 48.42%.

Just like in previous years, girls have outshined boys with 80.25% and boys' pass percentage is 69.05%. The pass percentage for the Arts stream is 61.22%, the Commerce stream is 75.89%, and the Science stream is 85.71%.

As per the official reports, a total of 2,44,129 students registered from the Science stream, 2,47,269 from the Commerce stream and 2,34,815 students registered from the Arts stream.

Along with the Karnataka 2nd PUC 2023 result data, the DPUE has also announced the Karnataka 2nd PUC 2023 toppers list. Ananya from the Arts stream has secured the top rank with overall marks of 600 out of 625 marks, SM Koushik has secured 596 out of 625 marks in the science stream, and Tabassum Shaik from Commerce stream has secured the top rank with 593 out of 625 marks.
