JEE Main 2023, NEET 2023, CUET 2023 Exam Date Announced: Check Amendments By NTA for 2023
NTA released the official dates for the major national entrance exams for the next academic year for UG courses - JEE Main, CUET and NEET UG yesterday.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the official dates for the major national entrance exams for the next academic year for UG courses - JEE Main, CUET and NEET UG yesterday. By releasing the NTA exam calendar 2023, officials have aimed to avoid overlapping exam dates, which could have led to the postponement and rescheduling of the exams.
The government of India has formed an expert committee to set up a fixed annual calendar for the main entrance exams of the year. In 2022, the authorities had to postpone the exams' dates multiple times in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The NTA has also announced the "reserve dates" for JEE Mains 2023 and CUET 2023, although the body has yet to clarify what these dates are. It is assumed that these will be the dates for the exams if and when they are postponed.

JEE Main 2023 Exam Dates
The NTA has announced that the JEE Main 2023 exams will be conducted in 2 sessions. The first session will be conducted from January 24 to 31. The second session will be conducted later, between April 6 to 12. The JEE Main registration 2023 window was opened on December 15. Additionally, the NTA has also announced some major changes to the exam rules, including the eligibility criteria. NEET UG 2023 Exam Dates
The NTA has released the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG 2023) exam dates. The NEET UG Exam 2023 will only be conducted on May 7, in pen and paper mode. However, the registration dates and the information brochure for the exam are yet to be released. The NEET UG 2022 exam was conducted in the month of July as the dates had to be postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. CUET UG 2023 Exam Dates
The CUET UG 2023 exam will be conducted from May 21 to 31, 2023. The CUET UG exam was introduced University Grants Commission (UGC) last year for admission to central universities. Several private universities are also taking admission based on the CUET UG scores of the candidates from last year. The CUET registration 2023 dates are yet to be announced.
