CUET 2022 Second Shift on August 4 Cancelled Across All Centres

CUET 2022 Second Shift on August 4 Cancelled: Due to administrative and technical reasons, authorities cancelled the second shift of the CUET 2022 exam on August 4, Thursday across all centres. Moreover, the NTA also postponed the first shift on Thursday for a few centres in 29 cities across 17 states.

Sadhana Parashar, Senior Director, NTA, said that because of Technical reasons, the question papers of the second shift could only be uploaded at 5 PM. The download was only possible at 5:25 PM, while the exam was scheduled to begin at 3 PM. This lead to the cancellation of the exam.

She also said that reports had been asked from the observers and city coordinators on the ground. Based on their recommendation, Thursday’s shift 2 exams will now be conducted between 12 and 14 August 2022. Candidates can use the same admit card on the postponed date. Also, if candidates have difficulty attending the exam on the revised date, they can send an e-mail to datechange@nta.ac.in mentioning their desired date and roll number.

The NTA conducts CUET UG 2022 at 489 centres located in approximately 259 cities from July 15 to August 20 across India and nine cities outside India.
