CBSE Exam Date 2023: The CBSE has decided to go back to the conventional practice of conducting board exams once a year. CBSE has announced the CBSE Exam 2023 Dates and the class 10th and 12th examinations will commence on Feb 15, 2023.

The board is expected to release the complete subject-wise CBSE Exam Date 2023 in November or December for the CBSE 10th and 12th Exams 2023 on the CBSE's official website- cbse.gov.in.

The board has decided to adhere to the conventional method of conducting board exams once a year as the Covid situation improves across the nation. The CBSE had used a bifurcated format with two terms for the academic year 2021–2022: the Term–I board exams were held in November–December in 2021, while the Term–II exams were scheduled in April–May in 2022.

In order to avoid what had happened in 2021, when the CBSE Exam Date 2023 for Class 10 and Class 12 Board exams had to be postponed due to the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, this temporary solution was implemented.

Along with the announcement of the results for Classes 10 and 12, the board also announced the start date. The board has chosen to start conducting 2023 exams on Feb 15, 2023, according to the official announcement, "In the Light of Lessening of the Impact of COVID Pandemic across the World." In July, the results of Class 10 and 12 CBSE 2022 exams were released. The Class 12 exam was passed by nearly 93% of students, while the Class 10 exam was passed by 94.4% of students.
