Due to unavoidable circumstances, the Lalit Narayan Mithila University in Darbhanga has postponed the Bihar BEd Common Entrance Test (CET-BED) 2022. The administration will post the revised schedule on the official website – biharcetbed-lnmu.in later. As of now, there is no fixed date regarding the Bihar BEd CET 2022.
Earlier, the authorities were going to conduct the entrance exam on June 23, 2022, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The authorities had then scheduled the online registration for choice filling and college/institute preference from July 12 to July 26. On August 2, the round 1 college allotment was to be displayed. The University had also released the entrance exam admit card for the candidates to download.
Approximately 1,91,929 candidates registered for the exam. Out of these, there were 97,718 female candidates and 94,211 male candidates taking the exam.
Ashok Kumar Mehta, the state nodal officer, stated that the management decided on the order of the chancellor of universities. He further stated that the chancellors had convened an online review meeting with the respective divisional commissioners for the same purpose. Moreover, the management will release the new schedule soon.
