XAT 2026 Application Process is closed! The application process commenced on July 10, 2025. The deadline for registration was extended to December 11, earlier it was December 5, 2025. The date of the XAT exam is January 4, 2026. In contrast, the admit card will be distributed during the final week of December. The comprehensive registration schedule for XAT 2025 is released by XLRI. The 2025 XAT registration form can be accessed online at xatonline.in.

You have to pay INR 2200 (an extra 200 for each program) online to complete the XAT online form. The XAT 2025 admission card can only be downloaded and taken by registered applicants. How to Fill Out the XAT 2026 Appliction Form?

Students can follow the steps shared below to complete the XAT 2026 application process.

Stage 1: Open the Application Form

Those applicants who meet the XAT eligibility criteria provided out by the conducting authority must proceed to fill out the XAT application form. The XAT 2026 Application Form is the initial stage. Candidates must find the XAT Application Form link on the homepage of the official XAT 2026 website.

Stage 2: Verify Your Email ID

Stage 3: Fill out XAT Registration Form Online

Stage 5: Pay XAT Application Form Fee

Candidates can pay the XAT 2026 application form fee after uploading all of their supporting documentation. Candidates must wait for a response from the server after submitting the payment. In order to prevent payment cancellation or double payment, candidates are urged not to use the back or refresh buttons. An electronic receipt will be created upon completion of the payment.

There is a possibility that the payment will be canceled if the e-receipt is not generated. Candidates are urged to log in once again and complete the payment process in such scenario.

Stage 6: Submit the XAT Application Form

XAT Photo Signature Specifications

After filling out the application form, students must upload their documents. The details of the photo signature guidelines have been mentioned below.

Specifications for XAT Photograph

• Candidates will have to upload a recent, passport-sized, coloured picture.
• The background should be light-coloured, or white.
• The photograph should be between 20 KB to 50 KB in size.
• The photograph dimensions should be 200 to 300 pixels.
• Candidates must ensure that the size of the scanned image does not exceed 50 KB.
• There should be no red-eye in the picture.
• candidates who wear glasses should ensure that there are no reflections in the picture, and their eyes are clearly visible.
• Caps, hats, or sunglasses should not be worn in the picture.

Specifications for XAT Signature

• The signature must be done on white paper with black ink.
• The size of the file should be 20 KB to 50 KB.
• The signatures being submitted should match the signature on the XAT hall ticket and the attendance sheet on the date of the exam.

XAT Scanning Instructions

• The resolution of the scanner must be set to a minimum of 200 dots per inch.
• Choose the true colour setting while scanning the documents.
• The extension of both files should either be .jpg or .jpeg.
• There would be two separate fields created for uploading candidates' passport-sized photographs and signatures. The files should hence, be uploaded separately.
