The SNAP syllabus for MBA is divided into three chapters, namely General English, Quantitative Ability, and Reasoning. The sectional weightage is different for all of them, and thus the SNAP preparation must be done accordingly. You must note that SIU does not publish any official SNAP exam pattern and syllabus. The syllabus has been shared below based on the sections asked in past exams.
The SNAP syllabus 2025 PDF includes 60 questions, where the General English, Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, and Verbal Ability will have 15 questions, and the Quantitative Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency will have 20 questions. The Analytical & Logical Reasoning section will have 25 questions. The SNAP Exam Date 2025 has been notified and will be held on December 6, 14, and 20, 2025.

The ideal time to prepare for SNAP is 4-5 months. You must make sure to have at least 6 months to cover the syllabus entirely and save some time for revision as well. This will help you score better in the exam. Here are a few tips and tricks shared below to cover the SNAP syllabus easily and quickly.
- Understand the SNAP Exam Pattern- First and foremost, go through the SNAP exam pattern in detail. This will help you analyze and mark the important sections of the syllabus. Once you understand the SNAP paper pattern, you will be able to mark out the chapters and sections that require more attention and practice.
- Prioritize High-scoring Chapters- If you do not have enough time to complete the syllabus, then you are advised to mark and focus on the high-yielding chapters of the SNAP exam syllabus. In a short time, you must target areas that will give high return on effort.
