SNAP exam eligibility states that you must hold a bachelor's degree in any stream with a minimum mark of 50% (45% for SC/ ST). SNAP Exam Eligibility for Specific Program

Before completing the application form, you must first review the SNAP Selection Criteria 2025 for the program to which you are applying. For example, the MBA Infrastructure Management program at SCMHRD and the MBA Operations Management program at SIOM Nashik both require an engineering degree.

SNAP Eligibility for Indian Students

• If you belong to the General category, you must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate or equivalent.
• If you belong to the reserved group, you must hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 45 percent aggregate or equivalent.
• The graduation degree can be in any educational form, but it must be from a UGC recognized university or equivalent.
• Final-year graduate students who are scheduled to take the exam or are awaiting their results are also eligible to apply for the SNAP exam.

SNAP Eligibility for Foreign Students

Foreign Nationals, Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) are all eligible to apply for SNAP 2025. The SNAP eligibility requirements for international students are listed below: 

• Candidates applying under the Foreign Nationals/OCI/PIO category must first pass an English Proficiency Test.
•  Candidates can take either the IELTS or the IELA, and they must get a band score of 6 or 4.
• International applicants must provide proof of residence, a copy of their visa and passport, and, in the case of a student visa, a Bonafide Certificate and Letter of Provisional Admission from the University College/Institution while registering for SNAP.

SNAP Age Limit

There is no age limit to take the SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test) exam. Regardless of age, any candidate with a bachelor's degree from a recognized university who has earned the required minimum percentage of marks is entitled to take the examination.
