PSEB Duplicate Certificate: Online Application Link, Steps to Check Status

You can download your PSEB duplicate certificate through the official website of the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) at pseb.ac.in. The options are available for a lost passing/migration certificate and PSEB marksheet. You need to fill out the online application form to obtain a second copy.

You can also obtain the detailed PSEB marksheet copy through the 'Tatkaal' process to get it within an hour. In such a case, PSEB will charge a fee of INR 2,000. The marksheets through this scheme are available through the office of PSEB in Mohali. If you apply before 3 PM at the depot, your certificates will be dispatched on the same day.

Steps to Apply for PSEB Duplicate Certificate

Follow this step-wise guide to obtain the PSEB duplicate certificates:

• Step 1: Visit the official website of the PSEB Board at pseb.ac.in.
• Step 2: Click ‘Duplicate Section’ under the header for 'Important Links.'
• Step 3: Click on ‘Duplicate Section.'
• Step 4: Click on the ‘Online Application Form for Second Copy/Board Migration/Transcript Certificate’ link.
• Step 5: You will now be redirected to a new page wherein you must enter their login details (reference no. and roll no.)
• Step 6: Fill out the PSEB duplicate certificate application form. Furnish all the valid details while filling out the form.
• Step 7: Submit the application form and pay a fee of INR 800 to get a second copy of the certificate.

Note: Check the status of the PSEB duplicate certificate by clicking on the ‘Duplicate Certificate Form Status’ option in the duplicate section. The board might take around 25-30 days to issue the PSEB duplicate certificate.

PSEB Board 2026 Admit Card

PSEB released the PSEB 10th Admit Card and PSEB 12th Admit Card in February 2026. You can download the admit card from the official website of the board. PSEB also issues hall tickets for supplementary examinations after the release of regular board exam results. 

It is important for all the students to carry their admit cards to the exam hall, as it is proof of their eligibility. The following are the details that you will find on the PSEB board admit card 2026:

PSEB Board Result 2026

The 10th and 12th PSEB results will be announced in June 2026 (tentatively). After the results are out, you can check them on the official website by providing their name and roll number. Students who are not satisfied with their results can apply for the re-checking facility provided by the board.
